iad is a network of self-employed estate agents who stay with movers for the whole estate agent process.
The need: My client is a self-employed estate agent based in Basildon who needed help promoting himself to sellers and buyers in the area. He needed to broadcast his unique services with professionalism and regularity to attract the notice of sellers who were dissatisfied with the typical estate agent journey.
The chosen service: Social media (setting up Facebook and LinkedIn pages, regular posting). This would help him to reach his audience where they already are and is essential for any business to have as an online shopfront. The pages had to stick to iad’s style guide, and I helped him develop his own tone of voice in his posts and messaging.
The result: Two smart pages fully completed according to the style guide, and a new follower soon after completion. Posting is in progress.
