The need: They needed help posting on their Facebook page as a means of advertising. Their page had sporadic posts that weren’t connecting with the audience, and they only had a handful of followers. They wanted to get new business through Facebook.
The chosen service: I created a set of monthly Facebook posts showing with authenticity the expertise of the staff, their trustworthiness, the high praise of their customers and the quality of their lorries. I made sure the final result was exactly what the owner wanted, even adding voice overs and interviewing customers.
The result: Their Facebook page went from 276 views in April to 8.7k views in May. They gained 13 followers, had 111 interactions, 2.9k 3-second views on reels and had over 140 link clicks to their website and review page. They also had an inquiry through Facebook in the first month.
